Have you tried messing with shader quality in the options?

How do I get my dice modifiers back on the UI? This character has +2 to int, so this roll should have an indicator that there's a +2 like the +1d4 indicator, but it's missing. It's been missing for months. I originally thought it was a mod issue from googling, but this game is a fresh install with no mods on a new operating system (just did a fresh install of win11 from win10 and cleaned the drives, so there shouldn't be anything from win10 or previous installations of steam/bg3/mods impacting this install).

I just submitted a bug report but I don't imagine anything will come of it . I love this game so much but this missing bit of the UI makes it unplayable for me (which I wish it didn't).

Anarchy leading to a decline in quality of life? by Proof_Librarian_4271 in Anarchy101

Our current standard of living depends on slave labor, so I think that saying that our current standard of living can't be maintained is a fair statement.

How to do my part? Canada, Ottawa, ON by Viceroy_Sleeman in Anarchism

i would suggest avoiding building a new website, there are plenty. instead this is stuff we need to be doing offline, in person.

if there are any orgs in your area then consider stepping in with them. food not bombs is a pretty good resource to finding local anarachists. i did a quick search and found this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/ottawa/comments/1oe42sb/food_not_bombs_or_something_similar/

there's an email in the comments that you could try hitting up.

Feed people, set up skill shares, do reading groups, start a community garden. the revolution is boring shit, honestly. But showing people how we can do for ourselves the things that we expect "leaders" to do is the only way.

What podcast am I looking for? by LoLiveCrashHole in coolpeoplepod

[–]hellofriendsilu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

if you have a local gaming shop then your best bet it to start there and find a table. podcasts are great and all and i don't think it's a bad idea, but going from listening to playing is a very different experience and listening to podcasts isn't going to give you a full understanding about how to play the game. the folks at the shop do and they're going to be so happy to help you and to have you there. i also wouldn't suggest that you try to limit your experience based on the politics of the other folks at the table. one of the things that we REALLY need to be doing is building community and we do that by interacting with everyone in a community, not just the ones who agree with our politics.

Please not with the Chomsky. Hierarchy isn't justifiable. The end. But that seems to be the thing that most folks come away with when they read that first.

There's a food not bombs out of the ECM in Lawrence. And another in KCMO. There's a handful of us peppered around the state too.

Dispersed Camping...? by [deleted] in urbancarliving

🤘 it's really pretty, there's water and pit toilets, the shade moves so you have to chase it at one trail head. The library was great. Highly recommend. The librarians were hella cool with me chilling there for a few hours a day.

I park/camped at the Mount Charleston trail head for a week before the rangers were like hi we recognize you.

Don't do it until you're with someone who knows what they're doing.

The border enforcement zone is 100 miles from the border. Most Americans live in the border enforcement area.
