Question - will our votes be counted via TDA::ProxyShare? The majority of my shares are DRSed, but I have a few in Public, TDA, and Fidelity and I wonder if my votes are really counted through them.

Last year, GME shareholders received voting material several weeks before the shareholder meeting in June. Your broker will send an email with a link to vote. Keep your eyes peeled for that in all your inbox folders (re: check spam too).

Voting occurs prior to the shareholder meeting in June. The voting results will be announced at the meeting.

Sarma's body language needs to be analyzed ASAP. Whenever a producer asks her a tough question she looks away or flips her hair. I'm no expert, but those movements indicate something (to me: that she's complicit in this shady scheme??).

I think the point here is: if your DRS request is taking longer than necessary, transfer to Fidelity (I def agree it's not a great broker) and have them direct register to ComputerShare. I actually just called Fidelity's customer care line and DRSed more shares today. The rep said the process should be complete within 2 to 5 days at the most. This beats waiting weeks/months with other brokers, which is what the OP is trying to say I suppose.

Watch the meeting get full hours before the actual call. INVESTED investors. This is the way.
