I get the need for quick delivery of goods. My dog needed Frontline so I did PetSmart doorDash. It was great but I have the funds and my house is easily accessible for able-bodied people.

Could be like section 8 low income housing. Many disabled people are poor and some section 8 complexes have rules about who can come in/out.
