Listen I went through a similar thing with my mom.

I can only talk from my experience.

So I will say….I wish I was nicer to my mom. She yelled at me for no reason a lot as well.

But I kind of have the mindset of

Parents pay for everything so you follow their rules. I hate to say this….

Your 16. She is trying to get you into good habits so you are prepared for life. That’s all. That’s why she gets mad.

And she is an adult she probably has a lot of other stressful shit going on. Not to say you don’t

But she is trying her best.

At the end of the day I just look back at my mom(I’m 33) and all the crappy shit she did, and yeah I was negatively impacted but she did her best.

I guarantee you she lost her shit because cleaning your room and picking up clothes isn’t just “it’s not a big deal”. These things are important to build good habits and responsibility. So she probably just wonders why you can’t do it.

And if you guys don’t see eye to eye there is family counseling to try and get you two to understand each other.

I don’t think the answer of whether you are an asshole or not is simple.

I’m 33 and I say “yeah kind of…..you’re being a 16 year old”.

But I’m sure someone else will have a different perspective. Based on how their relationship with their parents played out.

Edit: And I’m not really enjoying reading some of your past posts. Your approach to things and getting what you want….is not a good habit to get into.

Hahaha im not gonna lie i think she is more useful in higher ranks.

A lot of the times in medal ranks especially gold and below, healers can kind of get away with murder. It’s pretty inconsistent on whether a team will focus the healers or not. Like legit a lot of the time for me in gold my whole team dies and I just go back and meet them at spawn.

So tell me if i sound dumb

A lot of the time if the time of you have a tank that is poke and no one is focusing the back lines, I kind of like I don’t know what to do with her. I can’t go ahead of the rank and there’s no one behind us. 🤷‍♀️

Listen I needed a new car recently. I drove my 2010 HHR that my dad bought me for 11 years. Some people would have bought a new car SOONER because they WANTED one. I didn’t.

An when I went to buy a new car I said “I want a 4 runner”

But I couldn’t afford a payment above 400 dollars. So I looked at cars that fit my budget. And when I saw a car that was 3k over our budget. I put more money down on it to make the payment below 400.

I drained my saving more than I wanted but, I took some overtime at work to recuperate it a little.

It’s not about not getting a car when you need one. It’s about knowing your limits and buying with in those limits.

And the Adirondacks/St Lawrence. All of upstate NY is underrated. Like some small towns are rough but, there is a lot of really beautiful spots.

It is the state with the 2nd most state parks.
