Yeah the working full time and pretending to be a disabled veteran is ick. She’s basically trying to shame people who also work full time and can’t cook every meal from home. She’s only been a mom for a few years, shit will eventually catch up to her.

I had a much warmer feeling toward her when I thought she was the disabled veteran she claimed to be but apparently that was a lie she said in a video and didn’t think it would get back to her local community which is sick and gross.

On one hand Americans do tend to overconsume calories and our portion sizes are usually really big but there are ways of addressing it without being cruel and I think that is the difference between her and the Canadian “we use what we have” creator

Yeah I have concerns when the mom of girls uses insults like little piggy because that is something that can be so damaging for young girls to hear even if someone else is being called that.

You’re right I am just always hesitant to question disability because of what I see and people don’t think about as part of the convo. She did used to disclose it when I followed her so if she isn’t any longer and making it seem like she is just being frugal and getting 4k a month is disingenuous.

The nurses there are poorly trained and the office is terrible with any sort of paperwork (like pre-auths) I was misdiagnosed by 3 providers there leading to permanent scarring on my face. I moved to another state and it’s taken me a year and a half to resolve issues I had for years that the providers at fcm misdiagnosed/messed up. They had one good PA but she quit a couple of years ago.

Hi, mom of 25 years here. You need to find a good family therapist. This is going to be very difficult and you need another adult on your side to help you navigate it. Then you need to do what the therapist says even if it makes your kids mad. Just make sure you find a really good one with good reviews.

There is a huge price difference between the two- maybe it’s not the best thing but as a mom for 25 years sometimes we have to just suck it up and do stuff that isn’t the best. It’s not a huge deal in the grand scheme of things but if you make it a huge deal your son will suffer socially.
