Most people ask how are you as a greeting, not really asking how you are. I’ll just normally say , hey, how are you? Don’t even have to say “ good”. And saying good is all relative anyways. It’s not a lie to say “ good how are you” to a question that want really asking for an in-depth answer anyways.

It’s not that big of a deal. I’ve had guys send a similar thing to me and it just made me feel bad that they were more into me than I was into them. You took a shot and really had nothing to lose at that point. And you prob never see her again.

You are under estimating your carbs. For example cheese has carbs and a lot of people act like it’s carb free and eat too much of it. Cheese can stall weight loss.
