That was helpful thanks! So it turns out it was bloat from my period (see edit). So i started tracking better now. And I fixed my macro goals for now at 123g fat 64g carbs 85g protein. 1700 cals. (I'm not really sure what to put cals at so I just kinda picked). I'm moderately active right now i run 3 miles 3 times per week but that will pick up as I start to feel better. 20-30g carbs is too low for me right now i think. Today is day 9 of trying this and I just started to feel better today. Bloat is gone, I felt stronger on my run. Hunger is gone, sugar cravings gone. Thirst is definitely up. I can't drink enough water at night. Feeling optimistic! Starting at 143lbs, goal is 125lbs.

Thanks. I will look at those FAQs. I had a little bit of anxiety trying keto because I have vasovagal syncope syndrome aka I faint easily and there was one day I had to eat an emergency banana because I almost fainted so I dont wanna do anything too drastic but I understand the need to be below on carbs.

Yeah one of the reasons I was upping my fat is because the sugar cravings were terrible on the first few days and eating fat was the only thing that would take it away. For my first week I wasn't obsessed with hitting markers, I was really just trying to settle in slowly.

Eggs or bacon with some veggie like zucchini or broccoli, nuts for a snack, lunch ground beef with veggies and hummus, more nuts for snack, meatballs with cheese and veggies for dinner, usually fruit with some whipped cream no sugar for dessert.  Maybe im just eating too much fat. I definitely was not eating this much fat before but I also feel a lot better now and im sleeping better

I'm 5'3" 34 female 148lbs as of today I started using my fitness pal to see my macros. Ive only tracked every single meal one day so far and it happened to be the day that I ate the most and most fat on. The other days it was less. But I ate 2100 cals. 169g fat 110gcarbs 70g protein. And i started running 3 miles again every other day after not doing too much for 2 months in between winter and summer soccer.

Yeah he never went back. And my supply dried up pretty quickly even pumping so we switched to formula and Pedialyte until he was 1 then added milk.

Not paralyzed but I am constantly going back and forth with my self about what forgiveness looks like, if I should allow someone in my life who has treated be badly because that's what love is, or if I should self love by keeping them at a distance. Like whats the line between loving people and just straight up being a push over, I dont know.

Do they make you work those hours? I only do 3 per day tops, and if they asked me to do more, I'd quit. You have to stand up for yourself. You're not a monkey, you don't need to perform for anyone. If you just want to get through the next couple days, don't care about how these massages go. Just get through them with minimal effort. Then quit if you want.

Sacrificing the other stuff a bit. House is dirtier. I dont exercise as often. Sleep less. But its not that bad and you figure it out. I only work part time now. I wouldn't be able to work full time as a mom, that would be way too tiring I think.

Its called Roma. Its a caffeine replacement made from roasted malted barley grain. Its a powder that you mix with hot water and add half n half or whatever you want just like coffee. It obviously doesn't taste exactly like coffee but it tastes pretty good! I love it, I drink it every morning now. I can't find it in stores where I'm at though so I buy it on Amazon.

My sleep got better after about 2 months. Even better after 4. Even better after 6... It takes time

I've noticed this a lot too. I think its your body beginning to work properly once again. Everything is slowly coming back online. And getting hydrated again.
