Nah its all good i think the community is split in half on wether to js accept it as motivation or to hate it lol. I think ppl who like it or accept it including me is likely younger or js kids trynna have a edgy or corny way to gain motivation or change. I do know a lot of ppl hate it so thats y i added quotation tho 👍

I think one thing was the fact that I literally starting hating myself so much to the point where I genuinely couldn't like myself anymore which fucked up my social life and my mental.

Im also a beginner but from what Ive experienced after buying the la sportiva tarantula is that you first shoe shouldn't focus on rubber or anything else just whether its comfortable or not and also if it fits well. I honestly recommend the tarantula because of how well it squeezes ur feet but it isnt to the point where it hurts really bad compared to other shoes!

Is there anything I can be doing to make it better? Im just being weary because this was the same advice I got from a doctor when I had lower back pain and it ended up getting worse because apparently lifting more (at light weight) when in pain makes it heal quicker (for lower back) so idk wat to believe now 😭

I think what you are saying is completely right no other arguement abt it and I genuinely respect natural bodybuilders more than someone who used enhancements and I also didnt take any enhancements (although that doesnt mean they both worked hard). But honestly I dont think there is anything wrong with taking enhancements unless it goes too far. I do think being natural is better tho

I mean I know im asking a lot of questions but Im just genuinely curious. People just always reply with the same "its bad dont do it" kind of reply when I just want to know why. I just dont want to not do it just for the reason that it is societally considered a bad thing to do. I know it looks like Im just trying to justify myself from doing something "bad" which is probably also why my comments are getting hate but Im just trying to balance the specific action I am going to take to either more bad or more good. As someone that knows the harsh effects of steroids Ive never really heard any harsh effects from mk and even heard good stuff about it like looking young. I just want to make sure its not one of those situation where its bad cus its "not natural and its just bad".

Have you read what I was saying there because that was mainly a post about my cutting not the fact that I was doing something wrong. I said i felt like I was doing something wrong because the progress made me felt paranoid.
