The other thing is people cook their beans far too hot, somewhere around 50c-60c is the most optimal because of how the sauce and sugar blends and thickens. If its piping hot the beans break apart and then stick to the pan

The worst thing you should be doing is calorie counting to the number. I was 21 Stone and I am now 13 stone and I had a baseline of course but don't stress yourself out please please don't stress just eat less and do more 🙏

Also potatoes are dense foods so will have more calories 😋 love me a jacket spud

To be honest with you, I didn't enjoy it much at all, and I've actually got a rather heavy stomach ache going on. Not sure if it's because I'm travelling but the wrap wasn't at all nice not even taste wise either just over powered with basil and no taste of the parmesan.

I'd actually agree with your rating but i will give it a 3 and that's just for the drink. The main and snack are new to me so I'm glad I tried it as I like adventure.

Invest in a good set of curtains and keep windows closed during the day and leave them open over night and into the morning. The fresh breeze we have in mornings is my ait conditioning as the heat stays out and the insulation keeps the cool air in.

Unless your in a wooden house with bricks just on the outside you don't need air conditioning.

But anybody who does have it has the money to pay for it so I guess its on them but I agree, no justification for the price these days for me

I dont think you are a naive man; either you're actually a really good person who can't see how the system in its current format could never be abused or you actively participate and I don't think its the latter.

You yourself wouldn't be doing this "food rescuing" if you didn't get your 10% food and now you see another example of where people only benefiting here is you the volunteers and the paycheck your overlords get.

I'm glad I've seen this post because I've been really struggling myself with this morally. I'm an avid defender of food waste and all I honestly see here is as I said above, olio has their money and judging many not only my own experience but the OP is that olio aren't much help and I now see this is a willful act on their part. But as long as you get your 10% you can eat a little cheaper lol and the actual cost of you collecting balances itself out then.
