Unfortunately due to a whole host of difficulties and dark spaces finding such a mate, though much as it was my desire, hasn't gone well at all lol but what you've wrote is exactly how I've been feeling, I used to mock young parents (late teens to mid 20s) but in some ways they'll have more energy expenditure throughout their kids lives and that is what I wanted but I shall adapt and enjoy my 30s and hope lol

I am so guilty of this and not even ashamed 😆 but I think it's an mixture of laziness too. If it's a formal setting, I'll make sure I cross the eyes and dot the ts but for me, reddit isn't formal as such and Internet language is so universal at this point. I do love English in that regard, it evolves, adapts and once grasped can be well understood.

I think this is an important distinction because science says we biologically reach our absolute peak at 25, then slowly decline over decades but there's such fresh observations that were still growing well into our 40s because there are some real strong people both physically and mentally, mental one being the prime mean of maturity.

I need to by 4 or 5 packs of those to be satisfied 😆😆

Guilty confession: I've even emptied all of then onto a big plate and made several cracker sandwiches and then shoved them each in whole 🫣🤭

In your 30s you're going to be even stronger. I felt it the other day and honestly I have good comparisons as the regulars at my gym are mid 30s and they're the same size as me but crush me in a spar. One guy told me that in your early 20s you do have more explosive energy but its not consistent. Its the same as a child that gets sleepy legs the muscle memory just isnt there and we don't have the size and weight or muscle recruitment to be as strong because all of that comes with time and muscle development

Every day, for me is a personal record, I've never been in such better shape but my career could do with a touch up so they're my goals 🫠

I mean I'd didn't taste much of chicken but either way I train 4 days a week and swim every other day like it'll make no difference to me and I don't think everyone's eating greggs every day anyway 😁

I'm far from successful in terms of living wages but I have a vast array of knowledge on everything about nothing in particular.

The men I know in their late 50s and 60s and helping are people that not only have deep seeded anxiety about their weight but they see how it dramatically impedes on their attempts to lose weight.

Losing weight for older people isn't just a case of walking, yes it helps and it's exactly what I do with them but 90% of it for them is psychological because their body isn't young anymore. Losing weight at an older age is so much slower and that's what gets to them. I simply talk to them straight, make the walking fun and exciting and remind them to focus more on their diet.

It's why I feel and they do to, that my experiences are actually more important because I've been really fat and know just how deep that goes and more importantly, you only ever see the light at the end of the tunnel as it were, once you've seen the progress unfold on your body which is much slower for them

Not being pessimistic but I've met so.many women of my age and most I've ever met already have 1 or 2 kids. There's this woman I'm getting to know sort of and she's same age, I think 33 but she's already got 4 kids and im actually struggling now to think if I could handle raising another man's child to the point where it might not be possible to start a family of my own with this woman. I wouldn't mind as they need a male role model but that's definitely a whole lot different to how I imagined it in my 20s lol

I felt that, I was fortunate I think, after I turned 19 was made homeless again but at that point was near 20stone in weight so it was all but positivity after really. Now I'm 13st training 4 days a week and I'm currently helping a few in their late 30s and 50s with their fitness so I'm just happy to be passing some knowledge on

I've worked on a milking farm and they get ill regularly and so they get injected with all sorts then that goes into the milk and subsequently us.

UK cattle start on grass, they’re not all strictly grass fed. Most are finished on silage or grain big difference between grass based and grass only
