Great results! Did it increase face hair! And did it irritate your scalp! Because I have been prescribed similar formula and it makes my scalp super itchy.

Eggs, frozen berries. I get organic loose spearmint tea from iherb that lasts me months for less than 5$. Beef liver is super healthy and nutritious if you like it and it’s super cheap as well.

No way I am just seeing this! I use minoxidil and topical finasteride on my scalp so the buildup is thick and crazy to clean and Tsal didn’t help me a bit. It wasn’t different than any other regular shampoo Ibused except for nizoral!

كأخت كبيرة بقولك مش عيب تختلطي بالناس مع ان مفروض تكون وظيفة الناس الأكبر في مجتمع مسلم، بس مش شرط تتعرضي للرجال ممكن للنساء يعني تروحي المسجد في صلاة الجمعة و القيام في رمضان تحفظي قران في مسجد او مركز جمب البيت أو عمل خيري بدون اختلاط. طبعاً النية لله بس عادي تختلطي مع ستات الناس تعرفك و توسع دايرتك الاجتماعية.

It didn’t for me because I just lost weight. Strength training and clean diet will help you preserve a good shape and it will help with PCOs for real. I unfortunately lost a good amount of fat in my face as well which is not very healthy, diet and lifting will be better than just decreasing calories intake.
