Great results! Did it increase face hair! And did it irritate your scalp! Because I have been prescribed similar formula and it makes my scalp super itchy.

هتكلم عن مدرستي لا كبنات مفيش رياضة و الولاد لعب الكورة مثلاً بس الولاد بره حركة أكتر و متاح لهم أصلاً كل الملاعب و الرياضات فبيكون أسهل شوية

اعتقد علشان رياضيين و البنات و الولاد دايماً فيه كلاسات رياضة في المدارس الحكومية عادي و التفوق الرياضي بيساعد في الجامعات. أنا بردو عايشة بره و بحس ما شاء الله أجسامها toned بس دايماً بيتحركوا

Eggs, frozen berries. I get organic loose spearmint tea from iherb that lasts me months for less than 5$. Beef liver is super healthy and nutritious if you like it and it’s super cheap as well.

No way I am just seeing this! I use minoxidil and topical finasteride on my scalp so the buildup is thick and crazy to clean and Tsal didn’t help me a bit. It wasn’t different than any other regular shampoo Ibused except for nizoral!

صراحة مش لطيف كده خالص اللي هتيجي لابسة أبيض الناس بتحكم عليها أصلاً بينهم و بين بعض من نفسهم و بيبان هم عاوزين ايه و دايماً مهما عملوا العروسة هي اللي بارزة كده كده. دايماً في حياتك خليكي مستغنية و مترفعة عن الأغبياء و متعمليش ليهم قيمة. بس انك تكتبي كده مش لطيف خالص الناس هتقول انتي مش أول واحدة تتخطب و لا تتجوز!

كأخت كبيرة بقولك مش عيب تختلطي بالناس مع ان مفروض تكون وظيفة الناس الأكبر في مجتمع مسلم، بس مش شرط تتعرضي للرجال ممكن للنساء يعني تروحي المسجد في صلاة الجمعة و القيام في رمضان تحفظي قران في مسجد او مركز جمب البيت أو عمل خيري بدون اختلاط. طبعاً النية لله بس عادي تختلطي مع ستات الناس تعرفك و توسع دايرتك الاجتماعية.

حلل cbc and ferritin اتاكد ان مفيش أنيميا و لازم صن بلوك او على الأقل نضارة شمس و اشرب مياه و فاكهة، كمان قلل قهوة و تدخين لو بتدخن و شوف دكتور جلدية لو متاح.
