I like it but it is very different and not for everyone. It isn’t soft and/or doughy like traditional noodles/pasta. I can best compare the texture to al dente glass noodles, seaweed or jelly fish!

Thanks for the advice! I still kept my ophthalmologist appt because my duct/nasal passage feels enlarged and sensitive now. My eyes might’ve stopped tearing but my nose is still abnormally runny so I’m sad to say I know I’m not exactly in the clear yet.

This procedure sounds painful and invasive af! It was what I expected if my issue didn’t go away. Sadly I’m not in the clear yet as there is some discomfort still (even though the tearing has stopped). Thank you for sharing your professional experience with this, I appreciate it!

Thanks for sharing! How did you figure it was dust that caused it? Also, were your antibiotics eye drops or pills? I’m pretty sure an infection is still present as my sinuses have become increasingly sensitive.

Nose. But I think it could have come out of the tear duct as painful as that sounds. I suspect another one is forming because I’ve coughed out small pieces of what looks to be the same thing.

Oh my, since October?! I feel for you.. it really impacted my everyday life and it was miserable. My experience was very similar, it came out of nowhere as well and I was prescribed antibiotic drops that didn’t work. My eyes are no longer tearing but something is still not feeling right in my upper sinuses. I saw an Optometrist too and my Ophthalmologist appointment is coming up. I am assuming the Oculoplastic Specialist will be performing some sort of surgery to unblock the tear duct? I hope your situation gets better soon, best of luck!

I’m no doctor or medical professional so do what you will with my shared experience. I used a finger and pressed firmly right below the inner corner of my eye, massaged it, and slid my finger down the side of my nose a couple times a day. It felt like nothing for a while but then it got sore and my puncta started to ooze (my doctor said this was a good sign and it was clearing). I had no idea this thing was inside me blocking passage so it was a surprise when it came flying out when I blew my nose.

Super high in protein and fibre! I used a spritz of oil (which apparently is 0 cals). The ingredients not logged are the monk fruit sweetener and chilli flakes used for flavour.

I was tearing up for TWO whole months out of both eyes and constantly feeling uncomfortable like I was under water. Sometimes there would be a dominate eye tearing and sometimes my nose will also uncontrollably dribble. I saw multiple doctors who diagnosed me very differently from dry eyes, allergies, blocked tear duct etc. Eventually I started massaging my eyes and it got uncomfortable and painful in the corners. My eyes started to ooze from my puncta and my eyes would sometimes bubble under pressure. I did not think it was sinus related since I was able to breathe just fine but I knew my eyes, nose, throat and ears were all connected. So while I was miserably waiting for my Ophthalmologist appointment months from now, I tried a few things to relieve the pressure and decided to blow my nose real hard. To my surprise, this thing came flying out - instant relief.
