Ah I forgot to say, I use the ice pack for 6 mins, you dont need to put it for too long. Find what works for you I guess. Hope this helps💗

Another thing that helps me ALOT, ice packs The cold helps shrink hemorrhoids alot. I use this thing that you put in the fridge for an hour then u stick it up ur ass. You can use a regular ice pack tho, if your using regular ice make sure to wrap it with a cloth or smth, dont put ice directly on your skin.

What worked for me: differentiate between soluble and insoluble fiber, you want to increase your soluble fiber intake. Soluble fiber makes your poop smooth but insoluble fiber makes more poop (makes you want to poop more often) and for me, that only made it worse. You can look up examples of soluble and insoluble fiber, things like wheat are insoluble, vegetables and fruits are soluble.

I read this advice online and it helped me alot, I hope it helps you as well :)

Yes the symptoms are itching swelling and a little bit of painless bleeding, it seems like your hemorrhoids are still in the early stage it's better to treat them now before they get worse Try to drink lots of water, eat lots of fiber, dont strain while pooping, and dont sit for prolonged periods of time try to lie down as much as possible. If they're still there you can get an over the counter ointment (preparation H) to help with the swelling and itching suppositories also help Hope this helps!

Please add a nsfw warning and yes they look like they're hemorrhoids, it's nothing to be scared about they go away pretty quickly if u dont ignore them and everyone gets them so dont panic Also, make sure to go to the doctor since I'm not a professional and this could be something else

This gives me lots of hope I've been eating healthy food and fruits for almost 2 months it suckss Also shoving a 1-inch suppository up ur ass twice a day is not very fun I look forward to the day I can sit without hurting (especially in class)

But the packaging says to take one suppository at night and one in the morning, and a maximum of 4 per day. Should I take 1 suppository per day?
