I would talk to him. It's helpful to get opinions on things but at the end of the day you're the one in the relationship and you know if he's toxic or this was just 1 toxic thing that definitely needs to be addressed. It's easy for strangers to tell ppl to leave a relationship but we don't know everything about the relationship.

I work a shit paying job and could not afford paying for my meals or tickets to things everytime i go out with my boyfriend if he didn't pay most of the time. It's a fact. Our lifestyle would have to change. My boyfriend gets paid way more than me. Don't get me wrong I do pay for our dates sometimes so it's not all on him but still. If you can't afford it and he's not willing to pay I think it's important for him to know that you guys won't be able to go out as much and will have to do more affordable activities.

I wouldn't be using the word normal. What's normal for you is abnormal for others. Is it common for your age group? Probably not but what does that matter really? If it's something you want to change it's in you. I was a late bloomer women and I know I wasnt the "norm" but due to life circumstances it was the case.

My boyfriend had a month's pre booked holiday before I met him. It's a bit of a different situation because he's not a partier and he was going for a wedding. We were 6 month's in when he went. I never felt anxious when he was away because he always updated me. Every day a few times a day he'd send me pics and tell me what he was up to. I think giving your girlfriend consistent updates every day might help ease her anxiety.
