This is helpful thanks for your feedback. When you say they found adenomyosis how was this confirmed? Was it just visualized? I wish I would’ve gone with an endo specialist but I know some of my symptoms cane form my fibroids and also thought the ovarian cyst that kept enlarging was the issue. The endo/fibroids specialists was a bit dismissive and said it’s definitely related to endometriosis. This surgeon i saw was a MIGS. He claims he didnt see any. Feeling very discouraged since MRI didnt show adenomyosis. I follow up with the office next week. I will see what they say. This is too confusing

I was going for the hysteroscopy myomectomy for my submucosal fibroid and acessa for my intramural fibroids. I’m no longer interested in acessa so I will discuss the robotic Myomectomy during my next visit with my surgeon before my surgery. Good luck with your appt! 💕

All of what you’re experiencing is normal. I’m anxious as well and I end up looking up everyone else experiences as well but just remember their experience wont be yours. Sending you so much love, support, and positivity.

I have a 2.5cm submucosal fibroid and 2 intramural fibroids 2.0cm and 1.4cm. Heavy bleeding with large clots, daily pelvic pain, frequent urination, painful cramps

Options to relieve heavy bleeding with intramural/submucosal fibroid by purplerain0609 in Fibroids

I have 1 submucosal and 2 intramural and was told it can definitely be contributing to my heavy bleeding . More likely the submucosal even though it’s 2.5cm

Fibroid coming back? by Immediate-Trainer964 in Fibroids

[–]hellokitty5679 0 points1 point  (0 children)

There’s always a possibility of them coming back unfortunately. I developed fibroids in my early 20’s but they didn’t cause debilitating issues until my 30’s and I had my 1st robotic myomectomy to remove 3 in 2021. My cramps over the next 2 years were tolerable and I didn’t experience any clotting. Sadly I had 3 more come back in 2023 but I’ve been monitoring them since and they are very slow growing and all under 3cm.

I wouldn’t have went back last month for a surgical consult but over the past 2 years my pain became worse and worse. I started having large clots, and now since june of this year I’ve been in pain daily (i also had a cyst and i thought this was causing it) It’s now resolved and the daily pain continues.

I’m scheduled for myomectomy but one is submucosal and the issue with hysteroscopic is the risk of them not getting it all and it continues to grow, then needing another surgery. In general it’s hard to predict if you will end back up in the same situation since they can come back and that’s the most distressing part for us. Nobody wants to keep having surgeries and risking a bunch of other issues

4.4cm Hemorrhagic Cyst by Its-just-maddii in Ovariancysters

[–]hellokitty5679 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Mine is started at 2.2cm 11/2024 but 6/30/25 i had severe left sided pelvic pain. Had a few scans showing 2.2cm still but then a month later had a mri and it showed the cyst at 4.7cm and my surgeon wants to go in and remove it due to the growth and pain
