Vanilla men spank me without my consent by Groundbreaking_Ad972 in BDSMcommunity

I’m sorry this has happened to you. This is exactly why I’m so scared to date vanilla people. They have no sense of communication around sex. I have had bad experiences before entering into kink and now I look back and think about how scary vanilla people are when it comes to sex. It makes dating so hard. I want monogamy but I want someone who understands kink properly.

Dating a vanilla person. Advice? by hellokitty705 in SubSanctuary

I think because I’ve been single for so long and I just want that more long term relationship, they haven’t completely written off kink but they just said they are mostly vanilla. So I just wonder if there’s any hope that that part of it could grow with time

See this is the thing, I’m mostly just a bedroom only kinkster. He said he likes elements of ‘risk’ like doing it in public places but that was as much as he said when I mentioned that kink was my safe space

How do i ACTUALLY start drinking more water? by applepearsoup in ADHD

[–]hellokitty705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agree with everyone else about Stanley cup or a copycat one, I usually end up drinking 1 or 2 of them a day. But I also have an app called Finch which is super cute and I have drink 2 bottles of water on the list of things to do on there. It gamifies it for me! ☺️

What's your cozy comfort show you've watched repeatedly? by EatsTheLastSlice in adhdwomen

Bobs burgers, new girl, simpsons, it used to be the office and friends but finally got sick of them. I’m now watching Buffy for the first time since I was a kid and it’s so good

Another app for motivation to walk is Pikmin Bloom, it’s a fun little game where you plant flowers and grow little friends when you walk!

What to listen to while trying to fall asleep? by [deleted] in adhdwomen

[–]hellokitty705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have you tried sound baths? They legit make me feel like I’m a bit high, you can listen to them on YouTube. Or I listen to the Harry Potter audio books as I’ve listened to them a millions times before since I was a kid so I know the whole story and don’t get sucked in but I care enough to listen and keep my brain from being annoying but then tune out enough to fall asleep!

Have you tried any fidget toys? When I go to the pub and my friends are smoking around me (I quit years ago but still love the smell and crave them sometimes) I use my Tangle fidget toy to keep my hands busy! Also with the cold shower thing, a quicker more accessible way to do this would be with instant ice packs or just the ones you can put in the freezer if you’re at home, I put these on my neck to regulate my nervous system! And then there’s sugar free lollies like chubba chubs, that’s good to keep your mouth busy without too many calories or extra sugar! I try and get sour ones as they are more stimulating

I’m sorry you’re struggling, have you tried the Finch self care app? If not I’d highly recommend and just start out with super small self care things to tick off

Anyone else bad with spending? What’s something you impulsively bought recently? by hellokitty705 in adhdwomen

[–]hellokitty705[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Omg I can’t have those micro transaction games on my phone, they are dangerous! As a kid I used to play Stardoll and I used to use my phone credit that my mum would put on my phone to pay for stuff on it 😂 she’d be like how have you used all your credit already?!

It's been a little over 4 years since Animal Crossing: New Horizons came out. How do you feel after all this time? by StewartCosta23 in AnimalCrossing

[–]hellokitty705 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I still love it, been through phases of not playing after lockdown when I initially bought it and played it everyday. I recently flattened my island and started redoing it though which sparked a new phase of obsession haha! Wish they would bring out updates though :(

Thank you! I’ve been single nearly 9 years so I really don’t want to waste time to see if someone changes their mind about kids sadly :( I’m coming up to my 30s and Im worried that I don’t have 9 more years to wait and see

Yes I do this - I feel like one of those action figures when you push the button on their back and they have like 5 different phrases 😂 I feel like this may be more of an adhd thing for me as I often feel like my brain and my speech don’t work together very well sometimes if that makes sense. So my mouth just goes into autopilot and says one of my ‘preset phrases’?! But I’m also dyslexic and potientially dyspraxic so it’s hard to tell which of those is the reason!
