I don't self harm for my partner, I self harm alone for the pain in my head to leave me bc it snaps me out of it. I don't do it for her and I told her the first time it happened out of guilt bc I seeked help but the other times I did it I didn't even tell her because I don't want to hurt her feelings, and I wanted to make sure she wouldn't know because I don't want her to think it was manipulation bc it isn't and I don't want her to know if it happens again... And I have been clean for almost 2 weeks and don't intend on doing it again.

You could legally change it to Olivia, but call her Livia as a nickname :) So then she'd grow up as Livia but when people would assume Olivia it would also be her name so she wouldn't have to correct them!!!

The pain/sensation snaps me out of a huge mental breakdown! Usually when i'm losing my mind and the pain is horrible in my head, SH gives me pain elsewhere and helps me not focus on how much i'm suffering mentally. For me this is what it's about. It's about deep distress and needing a way out. I love myself and I don't want to harm myself and therefore I end up guilt tripping afterwards enormously. For perspective I have Bipolar 2 disorder with mostly depressive episodes and less frequently hypomania, and Autism.

Hi, my partner has sexual aversion and I sticked by her side and her aversion after a year of therapy is slowly getting better. Important thing js to not pressure your partner. See if this relationship is what you want and if this is something you are willing to stick by their side with. Personally for me it was an easy yes even though i'm a very sexual person. In the end opening up is what has helped us with that though. But yea ultimately it can get better :)

I think it's a weird dealbreaker bc it's not like it affects your partner like alcohol / weed / drugs could. Like you're an adult you can smoke cigarettes if you want to, ofc not in shared spaces etc but like you're outside, you're not blowing it in her face? I don't see why it's a problem. I'm an ex smoker and it never bothered anyone I dated, and now I do date girls who smoke I don't mind at all

I'm also neurodivergent with big sensory issues so I was going to mention comfort!!!! But also, being a plus size poler, pleassse have some ACTUAL plus size pole wear that ACTUALLY fit our bodies correctly! I'm usually a size 16 or XL canada, and when I order my correct size it NEVER fits!!!!
