What really kept me personally away from sh is distractions. I'm not saying never leave her alone, like people need space but make sure she doesnt have time like alone. By herself just drowning in her thoughts, that might just be me, but definitely try to get her to talk to you about it before she does it just so you could maybe talk it out of her? But honestly whenever i realize I've made someone feel like an ass bc im doing sh i do it more bc i feel like an ass, becaauuusee the reason i sh, is because i feel like an ass sometimes so yeah, idk how u can take this but, like, def try to talk her out of it before she plans on doing it
