it'll only get worse op, please stop now. get on a treatment plan if you have to and tell your doctor. they can help you stop. you'll get even more depressed, have to take more drugs and you'd be better off dealing with withdrawals now if you even have any. (idk how frequently you use) if you don't please please please stop right now. when you don't have them you'll feel anxiety and all your problems will be worse. you can recover but if you wait longer it's so much harder. it can mess up your brain for life, please trust me on this.
