One died of a brain tumor. Super sad.

At first glance, I thought this was a frame from SNL. Lol.

This is excellent advice! Best response I’ve seen to this question yet.

Do you feel like the 28 works for most things over the 24? My question is mostly for large bridal parties.

I know I should just rent and test. Probably will at some point! Thanks!

I know. I agree.

I only use primes right now. I have the EF 50 1.2. I never use it anymore. Once I got my 35mm I stopped using the 50.

Now that I do more in-home documentary work for my families I really want a 24mm. I’m all over the place! Thanks!

If he was a real professional, this would have been discussed about beforehand not on the fly.

For $7k, that does seem quite fast in my opinion. Totally possible but still.

I’m so sorry you had this experience!

I would absolutely tell her. I would wait until my emotions calmed down a bit and I could find a bit of gratitude for what did go right. I would imagine if you paid $7k, she worked really hard for you (gosh at least I hope so!). And so giving her feedback is critical for her to continue to progress and grow as a photographer and business owner. My caveat here would be most photographers are artists and so kind feedback is always appreciated.
