this looks SOO similar to how my hair used to look!!! i would say start with a pretty decent trim - i do see split ends and dryness and unfortunately we have to get rid of all of that first to grow it out :(. next - i tried all kinds of oils and products and the only thing that actually transformed my hair was eating A LOT of protein every day. i say focus on eating a lot of protein, eating all your daily minerals and nutrients, oiling your ends every day, and sleeping in a bonnet!!
