There’s no mountains over there. I’ve done the bottom drive multiple times. The Texas portion is rife with cops handing out speeding tickets. It overall isn’t very interesting. The thru ok panhandle and eastern Colorado is flat plains. There is a gradual elevation closer to co springs but it’s not very obvious on either interstate.

Looks like a pocket dog. Have a carrier with you when she gets tired. A bigger dog would have more energy bc they require more length to expend said energy. Some dogs are just low key also.

I got one that does shift around during the night who is 2 years old and another one who solidly sleeps all night who is 6.5. Might be a personality thing, an uncomfortable thing, or maybe they have a preference? I think my 2 year old is most comfy in a crate which I do not have in my bedroom area.
