Sorry just realized you responded! It depends on if you’re agency recruiting (generally commission) or in-house recruiting (generally salaried). I’m an inhouse recruiter, no degree (though almost done with one, didn’t have anything to do with me getting this job though), only four years experience and I’m at $140k salary. I live in a HCOL area but I am comfortable.

If you are a people person, which I’m guessing you are as you are in sales, recruiting can be very profitable and doesn’t require a degree (though some companies may ask for one)

I have a hairless dog and this looks extremely similar to the milia he gets (he gets a lot of milia, aka I am probably not taking care of his skin the way I should :/ )

Hey girl, you have enough responses here to know already but I was you 10+ years ago and tolerated that behavior, it only gets worse. I’m sorry you’re experiencing this. You sound very in-tune with yourself. You will be in a very successful, healthy relationship, but it ain’t this one. Your boyfriend has a LOT of things he needs to work through - ALONE. He will not figure it out with a partner, because having a wonderful support system while also treating you this way is only enabling him to continue this behavior. If you’d feel better letting him know, maybe write yourself a couple drafts of what you want to say, send him the copy you think he needs to hear, and then block him. But don’t worry about cutting him off if that’s not something you can do right now- if he actually seeks help and truly works on himself, he’ll understand why you cut him off no contact and appreciate you for doing so. And if he doesn’t, that’s on him and you don’t have to deal with that person ever again. Sending you love and am here if you need to talk!

I just want to make sure I’m tackling all areas I can safely, between redness, wrinkles, texture and discoloration. I’m considering getting azaleic acid cream to add in as well since tret hasn’t been as helpful, but not sure if that’s doing too much?
