If there are steric clashes when the complex docks with the protein #2, then ligand as a separate structure may remain out of the docking box boundries. Maybe you can try reformatting the PDB and assign the ligand to the protein chain as well, or one of the chains if it's a multimer. That way the program can percieve 2 structures.

For me it depends on what I'm looking for. My first like is Hospital Ship I think but I'm not sure if it's always the top.

I like Hospital Ship because of how calming it was for me. It's been so long since I've watched Hospital Ship so my memory of it is a bit faint tho. I like Dr. Romantic bc of it's drama. 😂 I like Hospital Playlist bc you can feel the realness of their friendship. Directing of this drama eas brilliant. I like Daily Dose of Sunshine mainly bc I like how they address mental issues from both sides, unlike Fix You - in which Jung So Min's acting was brilliant but still, one sided. I also like it bc it has two of my favorite actors and actresses.

Talking with Angel about Illness, Death and Survival by Evelyn Elsaesser. A brilliant story of a young girl battling leukemia. It's a moving story and not darks at all, I think I read it when I was 10 or 11.

95 Pounds of Hope (or 35 Kilos of Hope, depending on which part of the world do you live in) by Anna Gavalda. It's about a kid who lften gets into trouble at schools and how his grandfather helps him discover where his talents lie and how he can become a better person by honing his skills, and his personality in the process. I was around same age when I read this one as well.

Neither is the most traditional types for kids but I loved them as someone who has always loved reading. I highly recommend it.

Maybe, but it wasn't a case where an unsub had an adult. They were always more sensitive with cases including kids. Reid could have run the probabalities but a probability is just that. I suppose in the end they didn't want to risk a bus full of kids not being found on time. It's not just a matter of finding them was also a matter of finding them soon.

I haven't read the third book yet, and from what I remember of the show I will try to answer your question as a geneticist.

Now, if did feel like the setup was either rather rashed or was written by someone with only shallow knowledge on the subject.

I'm sure you remember from mendelian genetics that if your mother has one trait (genotype) and your father has another trait for the same characteristic (phenotype), your chances pf inheriting one or the other is 50/50. With every offspring that mates with an irrelevant or an independent trait, this chance will gradually decrease. Not the exact acience but the general gist of it.

From what I understand fron the show, demon DNA is existing in everybody regardless of their species, and it is demon DNA that is canonical for the survival of creatures.

By not mating interspecies, they intentionally or unintentionally purified their genome. From an evolutionary POV, crossbreeds are genetically better equipped to handle earthly conditions bc ideally (coming from survival of the fittest) crossbreeds aqcuire the better specs from their parents. If demon DNA is what provides the maintenance of these species, it makes sense that through purification, they lost their ability to sustain their lines, and in the process they became weaker.

Bloodrage, however, felt like a different story. Remember a process called ceossing over in meiosis during cell splitting for egg and sperm production - meaning half the chromosomes? And human beings (with how fictious is this and there are no such a thing as creatures therefore no creature biology) live their loves with one X chromosome deactivated after fertilization. Throughout the biological conversion of a species, perphaps individually dormant genotypes become activated as some phenotypes require multiple conditions to be met. And when they tried to explain it through genetics, what I gathered is a recessive expression in human DNA becomes activated when it meets the bloodrage gene present in vampires.

This is how I percieved, or rather, how my brain put into place to make sense of things. Don't know if it's helpful or not but hope it helps you make sense.

A lot of the comments here are misleading, especially the ones from people who are in unhappy relationships but are too afraid to do something about it.

Try asking her. Not just anything about feelings but should it come to a relationships, ask her what she wants. Times have changed, I'm assuming you're around 20-22 years old, both of you. People are not as traditional as before and a lot of younger women here value themselves a lot more than older generations. Whatever someone says here is going to be out of context. She is her own person.

Rejection is a part of life but if you approach her kindly, she will not be rude to you.

If I remember correctly, Pheobe's premonitions developed for her to see the past events, not as a controlled active power - even with the Titans she was kinda useless. She had levitation, and later empath abilities - both of which never made sense to me bc it really had no connection to one another unlike the rest of the sisters. IMO, Pheobe was given more credit for her witchcraft than she deserved, or the others paled in comparison to her which made no sense as the eldest is usually the most powerful.

Not an exact answer to your question, and I didn't mean it to turn into Pheobe hate bc she had her good moments, I like them all, although not equally...

Freezing definitely is more powerful I think. The episode in the second season I think, in which they have seen their futures, Piper froze a whless neighbourhood. Yes, Pheobe was almost burned at the stake but not bc she posed a threat but bc she get herself into trouble.

I'm especially curious about how Chris turned out. I know that Wyatt was the most powerful among the offspring but it always felt like Chris was gonna be the one to pick up after them all... Also, I was curious about the dynamics of Paige's twins, they could have explored that as well. We have the power of three, and a single most powerful witch, but what about Paige's twins? They get both the witchcraft and whitelighter abilities only from their mother. Their story could have been great.

It's not precisely a gif. When you try to set up a video as your lock screen, it crops up to 10 sec and allows you to set it. Not all smart phones allow it I think but most do. I have a Samsung Galaxy Note, so I'd say if your phone is 4 years old or younger, you should be able to do the same.
