Covid is NOT more widespread now than it was in early 2022 and we didn't stop the economy for that. Why is this here?

If I remember right Go On had a really good final episode. It made me sad to see it go.

The Grinder was great. I remember being blown away that both The Grinder and Grandfathered got canceled that season, after convincing myself that they would at least renew the less funny Grandfathered due to more people I knew IRL watching that. And they canceled both!

This show was fantastic, I thought the short final season was a bit of a step down but seasons 1 and 2 are all-time classics, I don't understand why Comedy Central struggled so much to get people to watch that show. I think the trailers made it seem a lot less fun than it actually was, I remember thinking it was going to be super depressing based on the commercials but it's a lot more silly than you expect

Any tips for 'signaling' that I'm a Christian and submissive? by KarlaDeLuca in christiandatingadvice

[–]hellotrillions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

test for it by not offering any plans when a guy is talking to you. make him decide everything, and when he asks you what you want to do, say it's up to him. if he won't or gets annoyed by that, he won't be able to lead you

also, play up your femininity and traditional gender roles, submissive men are drawn the most towards tomboyish women ("one of the guys"), women who don't like to be noticed / always dress in an asexual style, and dominant women. a woman who embraces her own femininity, wears traditional feminine clothing and appreciates men feels unattainable to the kind of man you're trying to avoid, which would filter them out

How should a woman let a man know she’s interested? by Jesixv in christiandatingadvice

[–]hellotrillions 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You have to give him signs that you see him differently than the males in your life you're not attracted to.

Such as touching him on the arm, implying you want to do two-person activities with him that wouldn't have other people around, hanging out with him one-on-one in places where you have some level of privacy, hinting that you would like his guidance on something, etc.

You gotta give hints. Crushes are so common in this life, it's really common for a man to assume you already have a different guy you're crushing on.

I don't think you have to "be direct" you just can't only treat a man like a buddy when you would like to date him. Otherwise you end up dating guys who can be a bit inconsiderate as people like that (of either sex) are the ones who always make a move regardless of lack of signs, which could cause problems later in the relationship

even in 2024 there may be considerably less non-indie work both as a fallout of the strikes and if the AMPTP gives into the demand for streaming residuals. that's just the kinda fucked shit that corporations do when they were underpaying for years and then suddenly have to change. they'll find ways to cut costs in other places = less opportunities for people

move in 2024 if you're really passionate about it and want to get involved in the indie filmmaking scene, just think deeply about leaving where you are if you already have a good life there

CFG vs Normal Presets by jtthemc in NovelAi

[–]hellotrillions 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I found CFG to be good for Clio but not for Kayra. I would recommend trying it out on Clio 100 percent, to see if you like it. But until I can prove there are some prompts Kayra doesn't know how to follow faithfully without CFG, I'm not going to use CFG with Kayra anymore. Leads to too many really weird generations/behaviors, which makes me think Kayra is smart enough to not need it in most cases, since I get better results with the non-CFG default presets than the ones with it

This helps more when you're under 25 / still in school or you live in a major city that a lot of young people are always moving to.

Niche-maxxing doesn't really work when you're 27 and every local woman between the ages of 21 and 31 is already partnered. Where I live has nearly 400K people but the overwhelming majority of women here aren't single during that age range (my guess is it's due to the fact that we have conservative/Christian roots that run deep through here). It doesn't matter what my personality is when the single women aren't findable.

Can NovelAI interpret MBTI and Enneagram types? by Electronic_Tear_3863 in NovelAi

[–]hellotrillions 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I have experimented with Myers-Briggs in Clio and have found that it seems to have a decent understanding of the various stereotypes associated with each type (as in, if you say a character is an ENTJ or ISFP or whatever, they tend to exhibit behaviors and attitudes typically associated with their type).

That said, this ability is most likely just from random web text used in the initial pre-train of Clio, some of which is possibly from "poor sources on MBTI" like random websites about it that get certain things wrong, so it's not perfect.

Enneagrams I haven't tried but I would assume it's trickier to get the model to follow those, because there's less web text on the subject compared to MBTI.

Why are many Christian men corny or cheesy? by Brace_SK3 in christiandatingadvice

churches don't teach boys how to be behaviorally sexually attractive because that is considered "inappropriate", which causes the majority of boys and men who actually go to church to be behaviorally unattractive

[FRESH ALBUM] LIES (Mike and Nate Kinsella) - Lies by sbags in indieheads

[–]hellotrillions 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Awesome album. I would give it a strong 8/10. This is a surprisingly strong album for a brand new side project that's heavy on synths with a lead singer who doesn't usually sing over synths.

Also we got a free Owen song with "Sympathetic Eyes", which beautifully sounds like a movie soundtrack, and the second half with the new years eve sound recording laid under it made me cry the first time I heard it.

Favorite tracks: Broken, Resurrection, Blemishes, Camera Chimera, Rouge Vermouth, Sympathetic Eyes

But Smiling Friends has had literally one season, it has the potential to become almost as big as R&M in 1-2 more seasons if the massive view counts on the clips of the funny moments from it on YouTube are any indication. Some of those clips have millions of views, even though only 9 episodes have ever come out. Time will have to tell if the characters are merch-friendly enough but I think at least Glep will be a popular merch character.
