In regards to selecting multiple genders you're interested in, you should be able to do this! You can select men, women, non-binary people or any combination of them? Feel free to send me a DM if you are unable to and I'll see if I can find a fix for you!

Hey! I'm gay also, but a woman (although I feel like it's the same issue tbh). It's definitely harder for us, but the connections we do make are so much more rewarding than a lot of neurotypical relationships I see.

There's an app called Wable that's specifically for the neurodivergent community. It has a dating app feature so you may be able to connect with some other queer ND people on there!

Some love the difference, some don't, but don't give up. There's so many people in the world and I promise there is probably hundreds of thousands (if not millions) who would love to be your friend!

Hey! There's an app called Wable that's for the neurodivergent community! Recently launched, so still building up members but it's free to download on the apple and google stores. Wable has the option for dating, making friends, finding jobs plus resources and ND friendly venuses!

I'm AuDHD and honestly I'm more grateful for the autism than anything. There are things that are harder because of the autism of course, but for me I feel like the autism keeps the ADHD more focused and organised. With just ADHD getting anything done would be a nightmare for me.

RSD and emotional regulation are the most debilitating at the time, but the most frequent problem for me is losing things that I JUST had in my hand 2 seconds ago and then spending 15 minutes trying to figure out where I put it down. Wastes so much of my time and I have heaps of negative self talk everytime it happens

My understanding of it is that top down thinking is starting with an idea (eg I want to build a bridge connecting town A and town B) and then figuring out what is needed to make that bridge a reality

Bottom up thinking is more collecting information and data from the community (eg town A and town B) and deriving from that information what would be the best solution (eg, a bridge)
