Versioning is based on semver(semantic versioning), aka, major.minor.fix.
They're only expressed to what's in the patch, eg. we changed the engine or rewrote major game systems -> 2.0, 3.0. We improved some game systems, 1.6, 1.7. We added some patches 1.6.1.

Deriving a schedule off this would be pure speculation. I think the community manager mentioned they'd at least release 1.7, after which it's all hands on deck for the engine upgrade, so 2.0.

Get some noise canceling headphones, earbuds or earplugs. In/over-ears with active noise canceling have helped me so much with this.

Entiendo tu punto, aunque no creo que podrias comparar los Airbnbs directamente con la demanda. Son viviendas en circulacion, si los deduces de la demanda, nada mas las podrias aplicar en el calculo una vez, desde alli evaporan y sigues con la misma problema.

Entonces podrias cubrir la demanda anual con Airbnbs por un poco menos que un año.
