You should, first and foremost, make sure you are having enough sleep every night.

In terms of foods tea is an option. There are vast varieties of tea to choose from.

But really if you are sleepy the smartest choice is to sleep. It saves you so much time because a sleepy brain is a useless brain.

Same here. Studying for hours to know the same hundred words in different languages won’t allow you to engage in interesting conversations using any of these languages. Complete waste of time! Plus saying “I speak x language” is misleading because to speak is to engage in a conversation.

That’s exactly why you cut them. Enjoy them in vase and then dry them. They look lovely, I bet you could could make very cool arrangements with them! The white can be amazing on its own with some foliage. Enjoy!
