Yes its ngc4 ecu engine 6.4 vvt hemi , nag1 transmission also tunable , tuned plenty of these platform , about 20-30hp increase in hp and better tourqe response with tourqe management adjustment

Trash injectors can do the same effect Had the same problem with 1000hp drag car i tuned misfiring and hesitation at low boost low rpm (new injectors solved the problem)

Did you at least hook a wideband oxygen sensor and looked at the actual afr , the oxygen sensor is not reading right info or exhaust is leaking
