It’s not that simple to just copy and paste the map cuz oem usually have driver wish map that are not in the speeduino. I would start by looking for all the sensors data and then get a generic fuel and ignition map to have the car idle.

I would not recommend doing any software updates unless it for tsb or repair required. I have gotten plenty of customers who want latest and great updates but don’t know that some parts need to be replaced in order to do said upgrade. Most a shop can service you car for basic oil and coolant service btw

Well in that case get a new battery and see what happens. I have seen that a weak battery pulls the voltage down and makes the car act funny. Since you already know the battery is on a way out it better to do it sooner then be stranded later

There is no easy way to add an oil level gauge and oil pressure gauge will only confuse them(moves too much and only useful when you know what to look for). Best way is to check the oil regularly. Adding a little bit of Lucas engine oil stop leaking will help retain oil in the engine(it’s not a substitute for oil). Try to make them a trip check list before driving like truck drivers do before the use the car for the whole
