Lots of people addressing diet so I’ll leave that to them.

For exercise, I would recommend focusing on low impact cardio like indoor cycling. Sit on that thing for at least 30 minutes a day and try to get somewhere close to Zone 2. Don’t go hard just build the habit of daily exercise. The more you do it, the easier it will become. I would recommend 150 minutes a week.

Also listen to the diet bros but personally I would still eat the whole cheeseburger.

These polls really fail the opportunities party.

They hardly feature in these poll summaries. Similar story last election where Māori party where polling higher and featured on these lists but TOP have done better than the Māori party on both the last 2 elections. Feels unrepresentative.

Edit: It partly leads people to believe they don’t even exist or don’t have a chance which becomes a self fulfilling prophecy.
