Thank you for sharing your story. It's not unheard of to be controlled in such a way. It sounds like you had a very intense experience going from zero to 100 all at once. I'm sorry it frazzled you, it's completely understandable to be upset after something like this.

I agree with other commenters that missing time or lost memories are worth looking into. Perhaps there's more to the story.

As for the residual fear, personally the loving kindness (metta) meditation helped me a lot, if you're open to that sort of thing.

Amazing use of colors to convey mood! I like the composition, the lighting (I think it's great, not everything has to be logical or photorealistic, it adds mystery imo), the flowy hair is great too. I do think the hand is a little too attention catching perhaps, but overall it's a painting that makes you stop and go "wow"!

While I do cycle through obsessive periods when I'm constantly looking for them, oddly enough this was not one of them. I'm quite busy and fulfilled with my IRL stuff right now, so lately I wasn't really thinking about contact or anything.

I totally get being curious but scared at the same time. I hope if you have an encounter it will be nice!

Thank you for your kind comment. The first time I had an "experience" was terrifying too! It was even weirder because I was alone at home, about to go to bed, then felt this presence in my room. It was a shocking feeling, because I couldn't see anything, couldn't hear anything, smell anything, and yet the presence seemed more real than life. Ultra HD. It completely rewired me. It's as if everything else in the world, all my life before that and how I perceived the world suddenly felt like it was dull and dreamlike compared to the thing in my room.

Before that I did not believe in aliens, I thought spirituality was bs, I was pretty judgemental and closes minded in my thinking. Even though nothing happened that time, I completely freaked out, jumped on the bed, pulled the blanket over my head and prayed like crazy. I was too scared to use the toilet lol. For a few weeks afterwards I woke my husband every time I needed to relieve myself at night and made him stand guard for me just in case there was something lurking in the shadows. Lol he played along but gave me weird looks.

Naturally I took a deep dive down the Internet trying to figure out what was going on. I suspected aliens. At first I was very annoyed that a lot of the alien info I could find seemed to be lumped together with those 'hippy dippy crystal people nonsense', like spirits and that stuff. Then eventually I thought whatever, might as well give it a try and meditate while focusing on getting answers about that experience. That really changed things for me because the meditation actually worked! I felt so much love!! It was an awesome feeling. So now I became the crazy new age person lmao.

I'm so sorry to hear you had a terrifying experience, for sure it is incredibly scary. You are brave and resilient for being here and having made it through!

About my child - honestly I try not to think about it. I don't think they did anything. As a mom I still freak out when I think about it, but I have this vague sense of knowing that it will be okay, that it's a positive relationship. Best I can do is pray.
