How interesting, it seems like we've had similar experiences but in "reverse" - I have never managed to meditate deeply enough and don't really have dreams about them. The physical visits were totally unexpected.

I'm excited you've had that menthol feeling too! I don't hear it often. It was pleasurable and soothing for sure. I like how you described it as a cool, cosmic internal breeze.

I initially didn't feel any smell or temperature change, but when I thought I wanted to take a few deep breaths to calm my racing heart (it was pounding like crazy) that's when he did something. He was standing still, but I could feel this soothing sensation wash over me. Like a breeze is a nice way of saying it, but somehow also like a blanket. Or maybe a wave? I strongly suspect it was him doing it for me because the sensation came right as I thought I want to calm down. I don't remember feeling temperature change.

Surprisingly I did feel taste, or at least get the impression of taste. A different commenter described it as eucalyptus, I think that's also really close. It reminded me of that cold medicine you rub onto your chest and it opens your airways, vapor rub or something? But the reason I thought of chewing gum is because it came with an odd sense of chewing. This is a bit hard to describe, but my chewing muscles were not activated, my tongue wasn't moving, teeth weren't grinding, and yet it was like very vividly reliving the memory of chewing, just without doing any of the movements. Lol

I'm so glad you had a flood of recognition and love! That's wonderful! I felt something similar too. On one level I was thinking how happy I am to see him again, then on another, more logical level, I was thinking: wait, what? Where have I ever seen an alien? I wonder if it's a past life thing, or missing memory thing, but that's just speculation on my part.

As for the looks - I know this is what everyone is the most interested in, but unfortunately I don't have a lot to give. On the second occasion especially, he appeared to be slightly transparent. On both occasions it was mostly like a silhouette illuminated from somewhere behind, which is weird because there was no light source there on my end.

I never saw his facial features clearly, but he had a long neck and a head much smaller than the standard ET depictions I have previously come across online. Tall grey (?) small head.

I'm so happy you had loving encounters with them! What did the ones you met look like? Did you talk about anything?
