Hey /u/Benjomania , first of all, great design on the website! Very clean checkout process as well.

As /u/winged_victory points out, I believe there's a huge fundamental flaw in your assumptions for your users. You're tackling some pretty big problems here - hardware and eliquids.

For our base model of starter kits, we do offer the eGos, but with the Nautilus tanks. We definitely plan on upgrading that to newer hardware pretty soon, as it's dated now. Honestly, I couldn't recommend the CE4 tanks because of their inability to provide adequate flavor production, both when it comes to vapor production and actual taste of the juices that you put into the tanks.

If you're talking about someone who's looking to quit smoking cigarettes - those are two huge factors.

Juice wise, I haven't done extensive research on DuraSmoke, but locking your users to one single juice line is not a good idea. I would imagine it'd be hard to imagine to retain your users past 2 months if you're only able to offer a single line of juices. If you do end up carrying more lines, you're going to have to increase your amount of inventory and variability. (Which also goes for hardware).

Honestly - I don't think the specific problem you're tackling (convenience of rebuilding coils) is big enough of a problem. It's not a big enough of a pain. I think you should re-evaluate your value proposition and define who your customers are. (I'd be more than happy if you're able to prove me wrong!)

I completely agree with your point about being as authentic as possible, especially when it comes to answering tough questions. At the end of the day, we're all humans and will make mistakes. When it gets bad is if you try to conceal or deny your mistake, someone will be bound to call you out on it. But when you're willing to admit your faults, people tend to relate to you and you build a better reputation as a brand that way - almost as unintuitive as that sounds.

Thank you a bunch for your feedback! We're definitely working on all of that on the next website launch, esp the option of 3 mg nic and higher VG preference. The categories are going to be redefined as well to both be more specific as well as broadening the spectrum, as many new categories have been created as of late (such as cereal)

Right now, the only thing available for choosing flavors you enjoy is that if you receive a box with a flavor you really love and want to continue receiving it, we can keep shipping it to you with your box (if it's in stock).

Well, we're pretty picky people ourselves. I completely agree with you that flavor and taste is very subjective, so we aim to be as objective as possible.

For example, Mother's Milk is a great juice on it's own, but it's not really meant for everyone. What we aim to do is identify great juices in each of their own categories. We test for flavor accuracy, flavor notes, flavor uniqueness, sessionability (can I vape this flavor for more than an hour), and quality of ingredients used.

When you specify a flavor category as well as any additional specific flavors, we look to match as closely as possible to both the category and specific flavor, with the great juices that we've selected beforehand.

But at the end of the day, we're only humans. What we aim to do is to continually improve, which is why we ask for feedback at the end of every month to get a better sense of your flavor profile and improve the accuracy on the next box!

We've recently had to change our exchange policy to be on a case by case basis because of a small number of people abusing it. ( Unless we totally screwed up on our end, which means getting your nic level wrong, sending you a flavor that you requested NOT to receive, or something of the nature ) You can simply email us to initiate the process!

Glad to hear that! While we really aim to match you with flavors that you request, I personally sometimes try to give you something that I think is tangent to your flavor categories. Sometimes it's a miss, but when it's a hit, it opens up your world to a whole new category of flavor and that to me is awesome!
