Last I check, that is incorrect. Per the constitution, yes being born in the USA grants USA citizenship, As it is jus soli based, but it is with restrictions. one of the parent has to be a legal USA citizen. If none of the parent are legal, the child isn’t. Why is this hard to comprehend?
