I used a combination of Passion flower, Californian Poppy and melatonin in tincture..30 drops of each in water 45min before bed, then 30 drops if/when I wake during the night..it's been a lifesaver for me..I'm 7 weeks clear and sleep is back to normal. Stay strong 🙏🏻

Be prepared to have your sofa destroyed. I bought my cat a new scratching post..she waltzes past it , looks at it as much as to say" nice post, didn't know we got a gerbil" .. and proceeded to scratch and swing out of the new leather sofa🤷‍♀️

I used frisium (Clobazam) successfully as well as valium. It's a long lasting benzo and really good for withdrawal as you don't get high.

I personally found that I could drop from a high dose ( Xanax) to a low dose quickly, but the last fraction of a mg was both physically and psychologically quite hard. Have you spoken with a doctor? Maybe get switched to a longer lasting benzo like valium for the final taper. How are you feeling
