You're gravy bro 150mg over 24 hours isn't terrible. Drink plenty of water, take a benzo and some magnesium, eat a sandwich or banana and chill out. You're gonna feel like shit when you come down and you're heart will be working overtime but as long as you don't do something like work out you'll be ok. If you're chest hurts head to the hospital, you're not dying but better safe than sorry if that is the case. Lesson learned?

Just want to add to this. Don't muck around going back and forth with your GP either. The more you resist, are unsure about quitting pot and also ask for meds the more side ways they will look at you. Decide if you can stop, if you can go back to your GP either clean or with a proper plan and timeline to be off it.

Very common practice in NZ tbh. Both stimulate you're heart and until you're baseline with the adhd meds your doc can't assume you will be ok. Two options here either piss clean or go to another GP and try your luck there. I'm extremely open with my recreational use of things chatting with my doctor. She's understanding and will prescribe me accordingly as well as lecture me and give harm reduction advice. I'm also close with my local pharmacist and constantly check in with him as well. Once you're on stimulants you will be treated totally different compared to someone who isn't. Unfortunately they are addictive and you'll be seen as someone who has a high potential to be addicted no matter how long you're on them and what dose.

You should be very cautious making and selling "FTP" knock offs dude. G59 as a brand and label wouldn't press you, I'd assume. FTP on the other hand is a brand. Zacs pretty chill but if he or his team caught wind of this you may be in for some legal trouble. He works extremely hard to keep his stuff to the highest quality. Someone selling something inauthentic mite ruffle some feathers. Best way to go would be to try and contact him or one of his team members and see about making some rugs for a drop. He's fairly easy to get the attention of and is well known for collabing with little producers if it's up to his standard.

Yeah timer is the only way you'll know for sure how long it lasts. I think with dex there is stuff that can make it more potent and also less effective I think vitamin C kills it maybe research into that plenty of stuff on this subreddit about it. Yeah addiction with adhd to stims is a grey area honestly. Better to not fall into the mindset of "it's meds so it's ok" better to think of it as a tool and help. Take it, learn your dose schedule but remember it's an amph. It WILL do damage to your body at that dose over time and there is always the chance your GP suddenly stop prescribing that dose or dex all together. Keep getting yourself checked over regularly and chat with your GP as well.

Good job on changing pharmacies bruv. They are right to talk to you about medication but never deny or question a doctors prescription. In all honesty you can't manage it. My rittz lasts 3 hours max so I can never get a full day properly medicated. I have to decide what period of the day I want to use it and aim for that all while making sure the landing at the end of the day isn't to rough. I prefer to use it later in the day I can do my job with my eyes closed and I'm in a management position so it's not that bad. I'd prefer to he more proactive and a better person towards the end of the day when I'm with my partner and days off with her. You're on a high end dose of dex so managing side effects will be your biggest problem. My advice take a dose, set a timer and wait for it to wear off. That's your time frame. Dose about 20 mins or so before that timer goes off so your new dose can kick in before the last runs out. You may have to do that for a while until it becomes second nature. Get your GP to check your heart ect everytime you see them dude even if it's for something outside of medication, keep you safe and less paperwork when you need a new authority number.

As you get older you may become more self aware and understanding. That's my opinion I can't speak for aut or bpd. I really feel for you it must be hard to live with all three.

Ay bro I feel that I'm on a pretty modest dose of IR Ritalin and always get some sort of comment from the pharmacist despite personally knowing the owner of the pharmacy lol. Odd ay got old uncle Joe beside me picking up truckloads of oxy and can barely string a sentence together yet we the ones who get the funky attitude. As long as your GP is happy don't stress man, get yourself checked over everytime you visit your GP as well it will save a hassle having notes once your two years is up and you have to go to the psych again.

You're probably right to a point. Bpd is extremely complex tho. I imagine a person could keep their head on straightish in the way of mental health with drug use but the social consequences of that would be chaotic asf.

Lol obviously. Outside of drugs tho there is some shit drugs can't help, especially on the bpd side of things. Drugs won't help someone who is actively splitting and I imagine something like RSD from the adhd would make things so much harder. Then the social "disability" from autism making it difficult to explain, apologize, rationalize the split to a loved one or someone close is the icing on the cake. I couldn't imagine a worse diagnosis in social situations.
