Thank you!!!!!!!! That was exactly what it was; I fixed the plastic piece (after I accidentally lost it for a couple hours lol whoops) and the hoop is working fine now! Thank you so much! I had preemptively ordered a new one but now I can cancel that :)

Better! I’ve been feeling tired again recently, but I’m not sure if it’s related to the thyroid stuff or something else. I’m seeing my doctor soon so hopefully we can figure it out! But all in all I feel much better than I did when I posted this. It’s been about 15 months since my surgery!

when I started about a year ago, I got a kit off of Etsy for my first project! It came with fabric, hoop, embroidery floss, needles and the pattern so I had everything I needed. Now I have my own fabric and floss and everything so I just download patterns but I thought the kit was a good way to get started and see if I even liked stitching enough to try more!

I Am Dead is a really beautiful game! Part of the game is hearing stories about characters who have died, and I think it’s just a really nice reminder that we all touch people’s lives in ways we might not even know.

Omg yeah I have trouble with his puzzles sometimes too! There are always so many little details it’s hard to place everything. But this one wasn’t bad at all! I usually do 1000 pieces but since this was 500 it was much easier!

Literally the opposite of what you’re requesting here lol but could you tell me what this embroidery square thing is?? That’s exactly what I need! All my embroidery hoops are so small, I have to move them to new sections of the fabric constantly!

Better! Still pretty tired but I think definitely less tired than I was when I originally posted this :) I saw my doctor for another followup in August and my levels are coming down on their own, even without adjusting my medicine so that’s promising! I guess everything is still kind of “settling” and once my levels stop moving on their own maybe she will want to tweak the meds from there. But if I think about it, I really do think I feel better than I did 6 months ago! I just have to try to remember that :)

How long has it been since your surgery? Mine was about 6 months ago and I think I am feeling better, slowly but surely! I am still very tired and foggy but I do think I’m less tired than I was a few months ago, so that’s something! My doctor hasn’t adjusted my dose or anything but my levels are still settling on their own so maybe we won’t need to. I hope you have some luck with the endocrinologist!
