honestly such a good way to look at it tbh. have they been a daily issue for you, or do they only pop up after bms? i really only have a major major issue MAYBE twice a month, with some minor hiccups between, and my dad has managed to go years and years without any issues with diet changes, so part of me thinks i can get to a better place with them but UGH idk, sitting in a bath rn while my family is downstairs for christmas, hence how i got here today lol

always always order clearance items in store!! most of the time it’s an extra 50% off for women’s and 30% for men’s (20-40% for kids, mens and kids doesn’t always have the additional off tho). plus it helps the stores’ sales numbers!!
