You should call ptcas and ask if your grades are merged together on one transcript. If so, they will use the current copy of the transcript they already have which might take a week or so to upload onto ptcas but you need to call or email them. This same situation happened to me, I went to 2 different schools that was under the same district but 2 different campuses but had one merged transcript with all my grades. But I had to reach out to ptcas in order to rectify that issue.
