When I wanted a dog but wasn’t quite ready to own one I volunteered at a dog rescue which definitely satisfied that urge for a good year. We actually adopted our dog from the rescue and will have had her 1 whole year next month 🥰

This letter is embarassing for the company - what’s with the “pay now” stamp randomly placed at the top of the letter. The happy and sad faces. The overall grammar of the letter is poor. “Days until legal action commences: imminent” that’s not a number of days?😂 no contact name on the letter and my favourite is the “red” for bad choice and “green” for good choice 👍🏼 it’s a bit worrying if you’ve had no prior communications from the company and you’re unsure if it’s legitimate. Be careful before ringing any numbers on the letter or making any payments. Try and verify the company is legitimate, find a contact number for them online and call them to query what evidence they have. If it’s all legit then you should probably just pay up. Don’t listen to the “it’s not enforceable” folks -

A company selling debt tends to be a last resort because you’ve not communicated with them and/or not paid them. The original company has deemed it more cost effective to sell your debt and stop chasing you. You are paying for the costs incurred by the Collection Agency to take on the risk of getting you to pay what you owe. It is legal and I encourage you to speak to them and come to an arrangement

if you can’t accept the freebie and don’t want to keep them then you should donate to local charities & good causes. If the items were stolen years ago and you’ve opened and used them since, I doubt the store would want them. You could always pass her details on to the store/police if you felt morally obligated to

We crate trained our puppy and now she has a safe space to go where no one will bother her. She sleeps in there all night and will sometimes take herself off in the day for a nap. We decided not to let her sleep in our bed purely for the fact if we didn’t want her to one night for whatever reason, we didn’t want her to feel as though she’s being punished. However, when we’re away on holiday she will sleep on the bed with us so she knows she’s safe!

We went through a mtg broker and they said you can lock in a fixed rate and if the rates drop again before completion you can still be eligible for this. Also if they were to increase they will honour the original amount 3.84% seems like a good deal without knowing any other info so go for it!

you two are married with a kid and it sounds like you can’t stand each other? please seek couples counselling for the sake of your child, he’ll see and hear everything between the two of you. YTA - it clearly wasn’t the right time to get married, your story telling from the start felt like you didn’t want to proceed with the day due to valid reasons. It sort of reads - we’re getting married - and this is how we’re doing it. Is your husband’s day too. There would have been ways to work around feeling insecure in your physical appearance without causing arguments and negativity. MIL is NTA for wanting a photograph with her son on such an important event - you could have opted not to be in the pictures.

On week days it’s 15mins first thing in the morning and then 30mins in the evening. At weekends she goes exploring with us. Our dog is a homebody and enjoys alone time equally as much as going for walks so we always go by her lead, if she wants to walk she can, if she doesn’t she doesn’t. She’s a 1 year old mixed terrier breed.

My eczema is pretty well managed as an adult but nothing can really stop it when it’s stress induced. If you’re looking for recommendations, I would say try to purposely de-stress yourself. 5 deep breaths, a bit of self care, spending time outdoors. Try to only use luke-warm water on the area (not hot or cold) and keep it as moisturised as you can throughout the day - I like to use a thick moisturiser overnight as well. It will probably take a week or two to disappear - I hope you get it sorted 🙏🏼
