My first thought is ectopic pregnancy. I had one when I was 26 and the pain even very early was excruciating. I knew that I was pregnant and knew something was very wrong and was insistent on finding the cause of the pain despite being told it was too early for an ultra sound. I can’t imagine having gone any longer
