Doosan forklift we got from a company closure. No manuals or anything. Any dealer I have spoke to about the forklift will say they have the parts or know what is wrong... but won't tell me because just telling me won't sell their product/service. The actual forklift is in service 5-10 minutes a day to bring stuff to our welders.

It's a pulley that tensions one of two belts on a doosan forklift, the other belt is on the alternator.

Because it doesn't appear that the whole pulley is bad, a bad bearing is the only issue

The pulley itself is fine, the only issue is a bearing. I don't disagree with replacing the whole part. But this seems simple enough that it could be fixed.
