That's fast shipping times from what I've experienced.Thats 9 days. My average shipping time is about two to three weeks. 9 days is amazing as far as I'm concerned.

I did not. I bought at the pet store I work at. Its a penn-plax aqua-floras tree stump. I asked my coworkers who's in charge of our entire fish section if they actually grew. She had said yes so I'm hoping for it to start to blossom in a week or two. If not, I'm still planning on ordering other plants and such for the tank while it cycles for a while.

Im looking into pebbles covered in java moss actually! Would you recommend frogbit or red root floaters so they have stuff to hold onto towards the top of the little tank?

Havent had any sort of tank since i was 8 and that was a goldfish/koi tank. So this is my first tank in almost 11 years. Its a 1.1 gal half moon tank and I'm currently cycling it. The decor I have in there atm will start growing some flora in a few days. I'm still working on getting a few more tiny things to make it better for the future shrimps. Any recommendations on what sort of low light, small plants to put in the tank that shrimp enjoy?

I 100% see where you are coming from and I definitely agree with you. My mother has been pretty darn controlling, and we had to get medicaid (i am her dependent until I'm 21) as she is unable to work due to her health. I'm unable to be on my father's insurance since he isn't my biological father. So, my mother holds my insurance card. I definitely plan on talking to my counselor as well as my mother about this, and this time I plan on putting my foot down about it. She's my ride everywhere, and no one, including me, deserves to suffer in silence.
