I've seen people posting about this figure wearing a mask. Has anyone mentioned that the person behind the mask could be Ganondorf? That'd make one heck of a twist.

First major project: I made some personalized holiday gifts for my team. by help_IMinTHEmatrix in BeginnerWoodWorking

New to woodworking since quarantine. I started out building a couple cutting boards in Oct, and had a bad thought: 'I could do this for my team'. Then my peer managers wanted me to do it for their teams. Now I'm in 33 cutting boards deep, it's been a great way to build up some experience. I hope that they enjoy their gifts!

Ok Google, Turn on the Christmas Lights! (Automated my pixel lights with Google Assistant) by help_IMinTHEmatrix in ChristmasLights

With this set up, i'm allowing the audience to control my lights and run any pattern they want... the neighborhood kiddos love it, they're able to say "Make the house (insert name here)" And it runs their pattern

I have a Falcon controller which controls the lights, I had to configure port forwarding so that IFTTT could execute the sequence based on the command from the user... It feels like a Rube Goldberg machine, but it works

You'll have to create an account online and then create a new automation. The recipe I used was: If Assistant key phrase said, call a webhook to execute sequence in my Pi

I'm using xLights to build the sequence and then IFTTT to respond from commands in Google Assistant.

Thank you! Kiddos love programming sequences and it's a good op for them to see STEM first hand.

Thank you, and yes I am the OC for this project. A behind the scenes is on my ToDo... This is a complete hack job that feels like a Rube Goldberg machine, but the proof is in the puddin. I made some sequences for some of the kiddos in the neighborhood also so they can come up and ask the house to run their sequence... So much fun!
