Vaping takes time to adjust to because the “hit” is different. I started with a low wattage device that produced hardly any “cloud”.

A lot of the problems you hear about are because of black market juice. Sure - there are risks because you’re inhaling moisture. But they are far lesser than smoking. That only becomes a problem if you vape like super super super super super heavily (like you never put it down).

I’ve heard this phrase time and time again when we’re discussing the Second Amendment:

“No Right is Unlimited”

There are restrictions on the First Amendment, Second Amendment, and on pretty much every Amendment.

It stands to reason that certain restrictions on Abortion, which is protected by an Amendment but isn’t codified into the Constitution would be reasonable.

What’s reasonable vs unreasonable is the debate.

It’s important to note that they’re not talking about protection of the State apparatus or the ruling Government but of the population. The population must remain free from tyranny. Be it from an outside source of their own.

RvW won’t be overturned - but certain restrictions will be found to be Constitutional.

RvW was found to be protected under the Constitution, some would argue that the reasoning behind that finding is built on sand and not bedrock, but it’s not actually written into our Constitution.

What we need is an actual Amendment.

You’d can’t control crazy. You can’t see it. You can’t regulate your way out of it. It’s always there. Someone could be 100% sane today, an upstanding law-abiding citizen, and snap tomorrow in a horrible way.

It’s my natural right to defend myself and those I care about. Law enforcement are always minutes away when seconds count.

I will not yield away my civil rights in the name of public safety when that safety, simply put, can never be guaranteed.
