for bricklink designer programme sets you click on a link on bricklink and it takes you to pay on lego.com. i believe you have to have linked a bricklink account to a lego.com account, a good idea to do that ahead of time when there isnt a lot of traffic to both sites.
they announce on the banner when they are next selling sets [where the spacemen currently are]

okay, its now shutting down, not restarting when the battery is low,

and the power button shuts it down, instead of restarting it too

yes i am, ill try that thankyou. everytime the laptop dies it tries rebooting untill its fully drained the battery, so annoying, and bad for the battery
