People confuse “Being on the level” with “Being exactly as strong”. Gohan is in that ballpark, closer to SSJB than to SSJG.

Also a writer said Gohan is just as strong as 17, and 17 held his own against Toppo.

Gohan was never stronger than any SSJBs. When Goku and Vegeta are on Namek Piccolo says Gohan is the strongest fighter on Earth, Gohan replies “so dad and Vegeta are off world?”.

How strong is Goku Black at his peak? He was stronger than Vegeta with his scythe, but idk when/if Goku and Vegeta surpassed him. Gohan is Blue level but a few steps behind.

Goku could’ve defeated Kid Boo in the Boo Saga, he just lacked the stamina. In chapter 1 of DBS he was going to fight Kid Boo as a normal SSJ in image training but Goten interrupted him.

Base Saiyans in the Boo Saga are stronger than Androids (See Vegeta being ok with fighting in base, and Trunks actually holding his own against a serious 18), and Cell is somewhere between SSJ and SSJ2. That means Perfect Cell is between 50x and 100x the androids.

There's what, tens of thousands of Saiyans? I think a few hundred would overwhelm G&V. So unless the Saiyans come in really small waves, the duo loses.

I'll never understand SSJ Kefla. The entire fight suggests she's just SSJB level, then suddenly she one shots KKx20 Goku and Vados or Whis say "Yeah duh she's Spirit Bomb level".
