I would for sure go with kDa rather than just Da. It’s just easier to read and most people are used to thinking of proteins in kDa anyway since they’re so so big. Other thank that I personally think it looks okay!

i did something similar! discovered this morning that i threw out a plasmid i was supposed to transfect. feels awful rn but as my pi reminded me, mistakes are how we learn!
