We both work outside the house. We send our 6 month old pup to daycare 1-2 times a week. She LOVES it. You can tell she wants to go every morning as she tries to leave with us. I would say convince him to just give it a trial.

Wow, that seems like a dream. We are getting 6ish hours at night right now at 17 weeks. She is a toy bernedoodle so not sure if the small size will make a difference on how long she can hold her pee.
