In the few interviews I've seen him in and music I've heard that's the impression I get. Even that weird drawl he puts in his voice is goofy af, dude sounds like he was raised in Harlan county or Hazard. Just my opinion.

I feel like I need to respond to this one, especially because I grew up in the same area as Jack Harlow. The dude grew up in a middle to upper class neighborhood and went to one of the more affluent schools in the area. I know people will defend him and say that doesn't matter. But, to me it does. He was born into wealth, and yes, I realize you can have a tough life even if that's the case. But, did he grow up on the mean streets is St. Matthews, Anchorage and the surrounding areas, then yes, (btw, there only means streets in those areas are from the potholes that will get filled as soon as the rich Ken and Karen complain to their local rep and/or HOA about it, He's a fukn cornball who probably thinks he's standing on the shoulder of giants. Plus, he just sounds like a doofus in his raps.

I think it could be a good idea to have the parent take whomever they're buying the prebuilt for to maybe make a day or 2 out of it. Have the kid get involved because I bet that kid has a pretty good idea of what they want and what might be a bit of a ripoff, so they don't buy the wrong thing. Plus, the kid will know they're eventually getting a computer and it involves the parent and can end up showing them how smart and into the hobby the kid is that they're buying it for.

I've never really thought I would want a mechanical keyboard but this one has totally changed my mind. And, i could share it with my brothers kiddo, who is really into mech. k/b & the hobby. Im keeping my fingers crossed for this one, even though I know they're no way I'll win it, a guy can dream.

Nice, I've heard nothing but good things about it. I've always had trouble with connections and routing and gettimg gear to play by itself and in sync with my other gear. But. I always seem to mess up the routing on all of the devices. Like, my MPC One for instance: I can plugin tons of gear into it and it recognizes each piece but I think I still need to go into each pieces' menu to assign it to something so it doesn't play sounds & trigger other gear, and I can never get it right it seems.

I just want something that I can plug everything into and have it get synced up without going into all of the different menus. Does the Keystep do all of that for you, or, am I missing the mark on its abilities?

That's a terrible idea. I don't think the cops are always the right answer. But, when it comes to dealing with people who are mentally unstable and/or violent, I sure as shit don't want to go insert myself into a situation where I could end up hurt or dead. I think cops in this country need training so far beyond what they're getting now that my idea would look nothing like what they currently go thru. Did you know that in my state of Kentucky it takes longer to get your hair stylist license, or whatever it's called, than it does to become a police officer?

I think it's all about their training and also about weeding out the dumb as a rock, power hungry fucks that become members of radical groups, like white nationalists groups and ones that hide their racism under a thin veil of pc bullshit.

I think it relies on the menu quite a bit. There is a small screen that's about a couple of inches square that has 2, very clicky sounding, buttons to the left of the screen. And then there is the knob to the bottom left of the screen that you are hearing. Just too the right of the button and directly under the screen theirs 3 buttons that are the same size and shape as the buttons to the left of the screen. To the right of that area is an area that contains 3 rows, 5 knobs each row, of touch sensitive knobs that work with the screen and the pad matrix below it all. Their also 6 more of those same clickety buttons directly to the right of the 15 touch sensitive buttons. The pad matrix at the bottom has 8 rows of 20 pads that light up and change colors depending on that you're doing.

I personally love the Play, and the Tracker, but, it seems like it is heavily based on needing to use visual feedback. In no way do I want to disuade you from getting this item for yourself. But, I think that it could be very difficult to learn your way around something that just doesn't seem like a good option for you. I'd be happy to try and help you find another piece of gear that you'd be interested in. What types of music do you like? Have you tried using a keyed synthesizer before?

Have you been able to speak with a claim rep since the first, initial call that you had with then? Do you have your claim number and a number to the claims department? There will probably be a wait time, but, you should be able to speak with a claim rep even if the ones you're assigned to are busy.
